The order process initiates with a discussion of your preferences and desires for the configuration of your Portal. Once we confirmed that you made it on the build list, your Portal will be added to our production schedule and we provide you with an estimated completion date. The co-design process with our design experts follows, where you will choose your final configuration, and any special customizations you desire. According to your production slot date, our masterpiece will then be handcrafted in our V-Studio. We will always keep you updated on the progress and assist in coordinating the collection or delivery arrangement. In order to fully capture the essence of your creation, we document each milestone of the build process, ultimately compiling this information into a unique built-book.
Due to our limited production capacity, it is possible that some may not be able to secure a spot on the initial build list. In such cases, we maintain a waiting list on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event that a client on the build list choose not to proceed with their reservation, or they do not place their deposit in a reasonable amount of time, the next person on the waiting list will be offered the opportunity to purchase a Portal.
All build slots are non-transferable, but a full refund of the deposit can be requested at any time up until the confirmation of the final specifications of your Portal.
Our Portals are provided Ex-Works (INCOTERMS 2020) from the V-Studio, our production facility in Graz, Austria. Your preferred shipping method will be determined during the order process. A specialized transport company will be introduced to handle the delivery, customs, VAT, and other import necessities, in order to simplify the process for you. Our team will also be involved in this step to provide support whenever necessary.
To start your multi-sensory experience, choose from our perfectly crafted Sets. Simply activate the experience by holding the Set next to the Portal's RFID activation point, and your immersion into the world of multi-sensory experiences will begin.
The experience is always stored on your Set, that can be activated with your Portal. Whether you opt for our diverse range of Bespoke Sets, or seek to embark on a fully custom Co-Build experience, like a mental journey to a Hawaiian volcano, a Maldivian coral reef, or any setting you can imagine. Simply activate the Set that aligns with your desired experience with your Portal, and let it transport you to a world of pure bliss. With multiple sets at your deposit, you can effortlessly switch between different experiences, ensuring that every moment is tailored to your unique preferences and desires.
The deposit for the securement of the production slot is € 3,000 and fully refundable at any point up until the confirmation of the final specifications of your Portal and the payment of the first 50% of the remaining balance.
The remaining 50% of the balance, along with the shipping costs, VAT and any applicable import fees, are due upon delivery.
All our Portals are developed and manufactured in Graz, Austria. As a testament to the authenticity of your Portal, each one comes with a unique certificate of authenticity and ownership that allows you access to our exclusive register of owners. This register not only confirms your ownership but also allows you membership on the register of owners. If you ever decide to part with your Portal, we offer a hassle-free certificate exchange program to update the new owner's information.
Each Portal is assigned an exclusive Unique Portal Number (UPN), which serves as a certificate of authenticity and ownership. This UPN ensures that your product is unparalleled and unique, affirming its individuality and exclusivity.
